CARROW ROAD CALLING

The Norwich Sunday League will have at least one side in the final of the Norfolk Sunday Senior Cup, as they provide three of the four semi finalists battling it out this weekend for a place at Carrow Road. Last seasons beaten finalists Delaneys take on current Sunday League champions Marlborough at Cringleford, whilst Quebec Rovers face a tough task when they travel to Yarmouth to face cup holders Camden Tavern. Delaneys reached this seasons semis courtesey of a bye, then victories over, St George, Norman Wanderers and Prince of Denmark whilst Marlborough also had a bye before beating Norwich Busmen, Lacon Arms Sunday, and Wymondham Rangers. Quebec beat Arches Sunday, Hainford YCOB, El Sol and Aylsham Sunday and the cup holders arrived at this point beating four Norwich sides, Unicorns, The Grove, Farmhouse and AFC Wanderers. Good luck to all sides, (especially ours of course).
