The wet weather put paid to several fixtures this weekend
In the Premier the top two teams were inactive leaving Delaneys the chance to go top but they failed to take advantage losing 5-3 at Quebec Rovers. Eaton Beehive moved off the bottom beating Aylsham Sunday 2-1.
In 1A The Grove march on after beating Norwich Busmen 5-0. AFC Wanderers moved up to second beating Windmill Wanderers 5-1. The only game in 1B saw Rosary Rams increase their lead at the top to nine points over Sprowston Wanderers, after beating bottom side Wilco Fast Fit 6-1.
The Silver Fox and Aylsham Black Boys still set the pace in 2A, Silver Fox beat Norwich Union 5-0 and Aylsham BB overcame Farmhouse 4-2. Third placed Freemasons Arms beat bottom side Mad Moose 1-0. 2B saw Champion Ath draw level on points at the top with Salhouse after beating Drayton AFC 5-1.
The top two in 3A met in one of only two games in the division and it saw leaders Hellesdon Athletic beat Acle Wanderers 2-1. The second and third placed teams in 3B met and shared the spoils as Horsford SC and Costessey Sunday drew 1-1.
Another win for 4A leaders Nelson who beat The Mitre 2-1 whilst third placed Coltishall Colts closed the gap on The Brickmakers by beating them 3-1. Bottom club Owens Pub had a fine 4-1 victory at Reepham Town. 4B leaders Taverham Utd Res suffered a defeat at home to second placed Costessey Sunday Res losing 4-1 whilst at the bottom North Walsham Warriors earned a point against third placed Norfolk CCS drawing 3-3.
