MARLBOROUGH LOOK FOR CUP HAT-TRICK

Holders Marlborough go into this years League Cup Final looking to retain the trophy they have won for the past two years. John Linfords side will this time come up aginst a rejuvinated Coltishall Sunday, who after a slow start, have had some decent results in the last few weeks, including putting a dent in their opponents title ambitions when holding them to a 2-2 draw. Danny Young the Coltishall manager, will be hoping that his side can do themselves justice on the day, and just like the experienced Linford, has assembled a squad full of some fine players. Although they will be focussed on the final, you could understand Marlborough keeping an ear open for news from Easton College where a defeat for Hethersett could see them collect a League and Cup double in the same day.

The Pink 'Un sponsored Norwich & District Sunday League Cup Final will kick off at 10.30 am on May 6th at Wroxham F.C. Admission is £2.50 for adults. The league would like to thank Wroxham F.C. for their help in staging the final.
