GOALS GALORE IN ALL DIVISIONS

Hethersett made it four from four when they completed a quick double header against Mattishall YCOB, winning 2-1. Marlborough are hot on their heels after two goals in the last five minutes gave the 6-3 scoreline a somewhat flattering look at Poringland. Quebec had a good 4-1 win over The Grove, whilst there were also wins for Delaneys, who move up to third, and Norman Wanderers.

1A leaders AFC Wanderers scored nine without reply at Angel Gardens and Aylsham Black Boys also scored nine against Freemasons Arms. Eaton Beehive moved into second place, winning 4-3 at Busmen, whilst Champion had a 5-3 victory over Hainford YCOB. There were also good wins for Felthorpe and Winstone Rovers. In 1B Aylsham Sunday scored six at Manor Park to record their first win of the season. Taverham United lead the way after a 4-1 win at Hillside and Salhouse moved into second spot winning 4-3 at St George. Also on the victory trail were Sprowston Wanderers and Unicorns who both recorded home wins.

Of the six games in 2A only one produced a home win when Earlham Bridges beat Earlham Colney 3-1. Windmill Wanderers, Hellesdon Athletic, North Walsham Town and Norwich Union all won away, whilst Aslacton and Acle Wanderers shared six goals between them. In 2B Costessey Sports stay top beating Ex Mile Cross 3-0, followed by Haig who beat Earlham United 4-2. Drayton and Horsford SC both had home wins, whilst Bayer won 4-3 at Thorpe Rovers. Ketts Tavern and Norwich CEYMS drew 4-4.

Nelson and The Brickmakers both scored six times away from home when recording victories. Temple Bar also won on their travels, 2-0 at Mousehold. Deopham beat Stoke 4-3 and Coltishall Colts and The Griffen drew 1-1. Old Catton demolished AFC Rompers 12-0 and top 3B. Wymondham Res won 6-1 at Unicorns Res, whilst Spixworth beat Aylsham Res 5-1. There were wins too for PL Rangers, Norfolk County Council and Costessey Res.

Plenty of goals too in 4A. Pulham scored eight at Branford and Reepham seven at The Mitre. Sporting Longdale and Elm Tavern shared eight between them whilst Mulbarton and Upton shared four. Earlham Colney Res and DCS Rapid both had home wins. In 4B Mundesley, AFC Fifers and Dynamo Denmark, all won scoring five times and Thorpe Marriot won 6-3 at Hethersett A. Mischief beat Royal Oak 3-1, whilst the game between Freethorpe and Hingham ended in a 1-1 draw.
