Schoolhouse Lead The Way

It was normal service for Schoolhouse who continue to lead the way at top of the Prem after a 3-0 win against Farmhouse, Shaun Taylor 2 and Jack Robinson scoring. After drawing last week, Woolpack got back to winning ways with a 3-1 home win against Phoenix. Horsford are 4 points off top spot, with a game in hand, after travelling to Aslacton and coming away with a 6-1 win. Acle smashed in 8 against Poringland to stay 4th, Elliot Altay 4, Harrison Tooley 2, Sean Sandell and Aaron Sanders with the goals.


It’s as you were at the top of Div 1 too with the top 3 all winning. Silver Fox are top after their 3-0 win against MC Rovers, whilst second places AFC Norwich came away from Windmill with a 3-1 win. Harvey Harwood 2, Cullum Gamble. Both Silver Fox and AFC continue to have a 100% record. Norman Wanderers travelled to in form Vale Longo and picked up a 6-2 win. Marlborough moved up to fifth with a 5-1 win at winless Hethersett. Draw specialists DCS Rapid picked up their fifth draw of the season, sharing 6 goals with Bungay Town, James Holden, Patrick Hudson and Chris Lincoln scoring for Bungay.


Aylsham top the Div 2 table after a 5-0 win against East Tuddenham. Eaton Beehive missed the chance to go second, only managing a 3-3 draw against Norman Wanderers A. Daniel Hawkie 2 and Lewis Ellis getting the goals for Eaton. Thanks from the league to both clubs for changing the game from being at Watton to Easton at short notice due to a waterlogged pitch. Barracks banged in 7 of the 8 goals at home to Hethersett Reserves. Acle won by the off goal in 5 away at AG Athletic.


The Twitter poll this week was for the Div 3 game between Moose Park Rangers and formerly unbeaten Long Stratton. Moose Park took the 3 points with a 2-0 win. Goals from Marcus Holt 2, Thomas Blyth, Michael Crosby and James Robertson helped Cringleford to a 5-3 win against FC Viking Reserves, to remain fourth. There was a hattrick for Ash Varley and a brace for Reece Last in Earsham’s 5-2 win away at Sporting Rackheath and a brace for Jack Nunn in Old Catton’s 3-1 win against Eaton Park Corinthians, Jacob Graver with the other goal for Old Catton. Cellar House came away from Woodton with a 5-1 win


There were only 3 games in Div 4. Felthorpe were the big winners, picking up their second win of the season in beating Salhouse Rovers 7-1. George Baker 2, Mark Bale 2, Charlie Gavin, Toby Hutchins and Jacob Yallop all scoring. Yelverton moved into second place in the table with a 4-1 win against Wensum Helles, Nicholas Berwick, Simon Curtis, Thomas Knight and Joseph Main with the goals. Sprowston United won by the odd goal in 5 against Eaton Beehive Reserves.
